interesting that your mom likes IHOP. I should tell my mom, who sent me this jewel of an email once "I had a full morning of errands., therefore I treated myself to a delicious dim sum lunch at Fook Yuen. It is good there. 12:30 is a good time to go. Also lots of people, but plenty of room for a table for one. Was thinking of you all and how much you would love it."
